Torna la navetta elettrica a Posillipo. Riparte da domani, sabato 5 luglio, il servizio di collegamento gratuito con l’area protetta della Gaiola a bordo di un mezzo “supergreen” tutti i weekend, fino a settembre.
“GaiolEtta” è messa a disposizione dall’area marina protetta Parco Sommerso di Gaiola, con il sostegno dell’assessorato al turismo del Comune di Napoli: è partito due anni fa grazie al Progetto Clima del Mase per favorire l’accoglienza e la vivibilità dell’area e facilitare la percorrenza della strada che conduce al Parco.
Il servizio è pensato soprattutto per persone anziane e bambini piccoli. Un’iniziativa sociale gratuita per facilitare l’accesso al Parco. Il servizio è gestito dal Centro Studi Interdisciplinari Gaiola Onlus, ente gestore dell’Area Marina Protetta.
Il veicolo dispone di 8 posti, agile e adatto a percorrere la tortuosa discesa Gaiola. Il servizio è stato attivato nel 2023 nell’ambito del progetto “Clima” promosso dal Ministero dell’Ambiente, volto a incentivare la transizione energetica a partire dai Parchi e dalle Aree Protette.
La navetta sarà attiva nella fascia oraria 8:30 – 18:30, con corse articolate nei seguenti intervalli: 8:30 – 10:30, 12:30 – 14:30 e 17:00 – 18:30. Parte dallo stazionamento dei bus ANM di Capo Posillipo per incentivare l’uso dei mezzi pubblici e promuovere una fruizione sostenibile del territorio.

The electric shuttle returns to Posillipo. The free connection service to the protected area of Gaiola aboard a “supergreen” vehicle will restart tomorrow, Saturday 5th July, every weekend until September.
“GaiolEtta” is made available by the protected marine area Parco Sommerso di Gaiola, with the support of the Department of Tourism of the Municipality of Naples: it started two years ago thanks to the Mase Climate Project to promote the reception and liveability of the area and facilitate the travel of the road that leads to the Park.
The service is designed in particular for old people and small children. A free social initiative to facilitate access to the Park. The service is managed by the Centro Studi Interdisciplinari Gaiola Onlus, the body managing the Marine Protected Area.
The vehicle has 8 seats, is agile and suitable for traveling the winding Gaiola descent. The service was activated in 2023 as part of the “Climate” project promoted by the Ministry of the Environment, aimed at encouraging the energy transition starting from Parks and Protected Areas.
The shuttle will be active in the 8:30 – 18:30 time slot, with trips divided into the following intervals: 8:30 – 10:30, 12:30 – 14:30 and 17:00 – 18:30. It leaves from the ANM bus station in Capo Posillipo to encourage the use of public transport and promote sustainable use of the territory.
