Ventiquattro opere realizzate in 25 anni. Sono quelle che lo spazio artistico guidato da Ilia Tufano, Movimento Aperto (in via Duomo, 290 c), propone da venerdì 3 ottobre dalle 17.30 alle 20.
Sono opere di Carlo Bugli per la personale curata da Eugenio Lucrezi, autore anche del testo critico. Le tavole (foto) hanno affinità con il fumetto, recano inchiostri e in taluni casi sono colorate al computer.
Il progetto delle tavole pubblicate con la sigla autoeditoriale di Edizioni Kataboliche risale al 2000, anno in cui l’autore ha prodotto la prima di circa venti tavole, che ebbe il titolo programmatico di updowntranstropie, termine neoconiato che fa riferimentoalla metamorfica, irrequieta realtà presa in considerazione.
Emerge un mondo in bilico tra caos e nomos, un segmento di essere, in continuo movimento, nella sua violenta fisicità lontana da un ipocrita equilibrio della realtà. Incompiute creature si originano da macchie oscure, grumi cosmici, si esprimono con pittogrammi e infine a livello verbale con balbettii, lallazioni. Un invito a tuffarsi in un immaginario che sgomenta ma affascina allo stesso tempo.
Napoletano, classe 1965, Bugli con Giorgio Moio ha ideato e cura una rivista murale, manifesto di scritture anark-off. È stato redattore di «Risvolti», rante le sue pubblicazioni e alcune sue tavole grafiche sono uscite sulle riviste «Levania» e «Patapart».

Open Movement/ Carlo Bugli and the illustrations of a world in constant motion. Those dark spots that produce unfinished creatures
Twenty-four pieces created over 25 years. These are the works that the art space led by Ilia Tufano, Movimento Aperto (in Via Duomo, 290 c), is exhibiting from Friday the 3rd of October from 5.30 pm to 8 pm.
These are works by Carlo Bugli for the solo exhibition curated by Eugenio Lucrezi, who also wrote the critical text. The illustrations (photos) are similar to comics, are inked and, in some cases, coloured on the computer.
The project of the panels released under the self-publishing label Edizioni Kataboliche dates back to 2000, when the author produced the first of about twenty tables, which had the programmatic title updowntranstropie, a newly coined term that refers to the metamorphic, restless reality under consideration.
A world emerges that is poised between chaos and nomos, a segment of being in constant motion, in its violent physicality far from the hypocritical balance of reality. Unfinished creatures originate from dark spots, cosmic clumps, expressing themselves with pictograms and finally verbally with stammering and babbling. An invitation to dive into an imaginary world that is both disturbing and fascinating at the same time.
Born in Naples in 1965, Bugli, together with Giorgio Moio, created and edits a wall magazine, a manifesto of anarchic writings. He was editor of “Risvolti”, and some of his publications and graphic illustrations have appeared in the magazines “Levania” and “Patapart”.
