Il ventaglio del presidente 2025 viene dall’Accademia di belle arti di Napoli. Lo ha realizzato l’allieva di pittura Emilia Fimiani vincitrice della XVIII edizione del concorso. La sua opera, il ventaglio “Oltremare Oltrecielo” (foto), è stata scelta dalla commissione come oggetto da regalare al capo dello stato Sergio Mattarella ed è stato consegnato ieri a Roma.
Il concorso, organizzato ogni anno dall’associazione stampa parlamentare d con l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma per la realizzazione dei tre ventagli da donare nella tradizionale cerimonia di auguri al Presidente della Repubblica, al Presidente del Senato e al Presidente della Camera, è rivolto agli studenti di tutte le discipline artistiche delle accademie italiane che hanno aderito all’iniziativa e prevede anche l’assegnazione di tre premi ex aequo ai tre vincitori dell’importo di euro 1000,00 (mille/00) l’uno.
L’opera è realizzata in colle viniliche e pigmento blu di lapislazzuli, e si presenta come un’onda scolpita, una forma che racconta attraverso pieghe e stratificazioni, la corrente invisibile dei popoli in cammino, delle merci in viaggio, delle idee che scorrono veloci da un porto all’altro.
Metafora di connessione, oggetto mobile, fragile e resistente in grado di generare movimento e trasformazione senza rompere l’equilibrio. È un omaggio al respiro collettivo della cultura, alla sua capacità di rinnovarsi continuamente, proprio come il mare rinnova se stesso a ogni onda.

The 2025 Fan of the President comes from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. It was created by Emilia Fimiani, a painting student and the winner of the 18th edition of the competition. Her design, titled ‘Oltremare Oltrecielo’ (Beyond the Sky), was selected by the commission to be presented to Head of State Sergio Mattarella, and was handed over yesterday in Rome.
Organised by the parliamentary press association in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, the annual competition invites students of all artistic disciplines from Italian academies that have joined the initiative to design three fans. These were presented during the traditional ceremony of greetings to the President of the Republic, the President of the Senate and the President of the Chamber of Deputies. Three prizes of EUR 1,000.00 (one thousand/00) each are awarded to the three winners.
The fan is made of vinyl glue and blue lapis lazuli pigment and resembles a sculpted wave. Through its folds and stratifications, it tells the story of the invisible currents of people, goods and ideas flowing swiftly from one port to another.
It is a metaphor for connection: a mobile, fragile yet resilient object capable of generating movement and transformation without disrupting the balance. It is a tribute to the collective breath of culture and its ability to continuously renew itself, just as the sea renews itself with every wave.
