Così Irpinia Mood celebra la sua X edizione attraverso appuntamenti che valorizzano il patrimonio enogastronomico del territorio e raccontano il territorio attraverso il cibo, le esperienze e gli incontri. A Summonte per immergersi in un’atmosfera mediterranea
Dal 21 al 23 agosto, nell’ambito di Sentieri Mediterranei, tre giorni in cui chef e produttori lavorano insieme in un progetto collettivo, condividendo pratica culinaria e ricerca gastronomica.
Il tema, Intolleranti, riflettere, discutere e dibattere su due realtà intrecciate: l’aumento delle intolleranze alimentari che trasforma la cucina contemporanea e la polarizzazione sociale che attraversa il nostro tempo.
Inserito nel circuito I Borghi più belli d’Italia, Summonte ospita la 28ª edizione di un evento fondamentale per il territorio grazie alla sua capacità di creare connessioni tra culture diverse, eccellenze locali e pubblico coinvolgendo artisti e musicisti provenienti da tutto il Mediterraneo.
Il Food Village diffuso si articola in tre punti ristoro, dove altrettanti menù prendono forma dalla visione di chef e ristoratori irpini.
Via Borgonuovo ospita il Biodistretto d’Irpinia, che propone ogni sera una diversa interpretazione del territorio. Salvatore Ciccarelli con il Maeba, Flavio Rubino con la Trattoria Braceria Due Nani e Dylan Bernardo con l’Azienda Bioagrituristica Le Cesine. Accanto a loro, la postazione dedicata ai dolci curata da Avellino Scalo con Gelsomina Manna.
In Piazza Matarazzo, il pop up restaurant riunisce Mattia Sarnese di Borgomeria, Ivan Matarazzo di Trattoria Concè e Alessandro Alvino di Italia InPasta, chiamati a costruire insieme un’esperienza condivisa con tavoli sotto le stelle.
Il Food Truck di Irpinia Mood porta lo street food nel cuore del borgo (a Piazza Alessio de Vito). Il 21 agosto salgono a bordo anche Alessandro Sgrosso e Danila Andreotti (Eldo’ Bistrot) che firmano la proposta della serata.

From the 21st to the 23rd of August, as part of Sentieri Mediterranei, three days during which chefs and producers will work together on a collective project, sharing culinary practices and gastronomic research.
The theme, ‘Intolleranti’, invites reflection, discussion and debate on two intertwined realities: the rise in food intolerances that is transforming contemporary cuisine, and the social polarisation characterising our times.
Part of the ‘I Borghi più belli d’Italia’ (Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages) network, Summonte is hosting the 28th edition of an event of vital importance to the region, thanks to its ability to forge links between different cultures, local excellence and the public, involving artists and musicians from across the Mediterranean.
The Food Village is spread across three dining areas, where three distinct menus take shape based on the vision of chefs and restaurateurs from Irpinia.
Via Borgonuovo is home to the Biodistretto d’Irpinia, which offers a different interpretation of the region’s cuisine every evening. Salvatore Ciccarelli with Maeba, Flavio Rubino with Trattoria Braceria Due Nani and Dylan Bernardo with the Le Cesine organic farm and holiday cottage. Alongside them is the dessert station curated by Avellino Scalo with Gelsomina Manna.
In Piazza Matarazzo, the pop-up restaurant brings together Mattia Sarnese of Borgomeria, Ivan Matarazzo of Trattoria Concè and Alessandro Alvino of Italia InPasta, who have been invited to create a shared dining experience with tables under the stars.
The Irpinia Mood food truck brings street food to the heart of the village (in Piazza Alessio de Vito). On the 21st of August, Alessandro Sgrosso and Danila Andreotti (Eldo’ Bistrot) will also be on board, curating the evening’s menu.
