Operazione talenti.

Operation Talent/ Here is third edition of the project promoted by Federico II University with Deloitte: 15 young people will be able to graduate working
Operation Talent. The University of Naples Federico II and Deloitt’s project is renewed: 15 young graduates are being offered the chance to pursue a bachelor’s degree at the Neapolitan university and, at the same time, start a career at Deloitte.
It will be possible to apply until July 16, through Deloitte’s website. In previous editions, Operation Talent gathered nearly 200 applications from girls and boys from all over Italy. Twenty-five young people (13 girls and 12 boys) were chosen and are currently employed at Deloitte’s Naples office.
The degree programs that can be accessed are “Computer Engineering,” “Management Engineering,” “Computer Science,” “Economics and Business,” and “Digital and Communication Cultures.”
The rector Matteo Lorito explains: “The Federico II has always focused on young talents. One of the main missions of this Athenaeum is to enhance the abilities of each individual student and support him or her in the path of training and placement in the world of work. Operation Talents makes it possible to bring together placement, professionalizing training, right to study and offers a real chance to the talented who, otherwise, would not be able to express their potential and would not have the opportunity to matriculate. This is why we have decided to continue, together with Deloitte, on this path.”
The third edition of Operation Talents confirms Deloitte’s contribution to the digital transformation of the country and in particular in the South of Italy. The consolidation of the presence in Naples and Campania is also part of this context.
In Naples, Deloitte employs 567 people, including 497 at the Deloitte consulting office in Capodichino (of which more than 100 come from Digita – the Academy promoted again together with the Federico II) and more than 70 employed at the Via Riviera di Chiaia office in the group’s Auditing and Tax Advisory companies. Consulting is expected to reach 650 people within the next three years.
A challenge that starts in Campania and highlights how fundamental training is for the competitiveness and growth of the whole country.
