Dal 15 al 19 dicembre l’Istituto Comprensivo 5 Montale di Scampia apre le sue porte a famiglie e visitatori per una settimana di open day che mette al centro la partecipazione attiva degli studenti e la ricchezza dell’offerta formativa. L’iniziativa coinvolge centinaia di alunni impegnati in diversi laboratori didattici: linguistici, scientifici, artistici e nei tradizionali mercatini natalizi.
Fin dal primo giorno l’atmosfera all’interno dell’istituto è quella di una scuola viva, dinamica, in cui ragazzi e ragazze diventano protagonisti del proprio apprendimento.
Nei laboratori linguistici, gli studenti sperimentano giochi di ruolo, attività multimediali e piccoli momenti di teatro in lingua; in quelli scientifici, invece, si alternano esperimenti, dimostrazioni e percorsi interattivi pensati per avvicinare gli alunni al metodo della ricerca.
Grande interesse anche per le attività artistiche: nei laboratori di arte, i ragazzi presentano disegni, manufatti e installazioni che raccontano la scuola attraverso i loro occhi. A seguire, i mercatini natalizi, curati interamente dagli studenti, in cui è possibile trovare oggetti realizzati a mano, addobbi e piccoli lavori artigianali che danno vita a uno spazio festoso che unisce creatività e spirito di collaborazione.
«Siamo orgogliosi di far vedere quello che sappiamo fare», racconta un gruppo di alunni della scuola secondaria. «Preparare i mercatini e i laboratori è divertente e impariamo cose nuove».
La settimana dell’open day viene arricchita anche da un’importante uscita didattica formativa: Città della Scienza, dove gli alunni hanno partecipato a un laboratorio scientifico dedicato alla divulgazione e alla sperimentazione. «Abbiamo visto da vicino fenomeni di cui avevamo solo letto, ed è stato davvero emozionante e interessante».
L’iniziativa proseguirà fino al 19 dicembre con diverse attività che coinvolgeranno grandi e piccini. L’IC 5 Montale si conferma così una realtà educativa attenta all’innovazione, alla qualità della didattica e al coinvolgimento attivo dei suoi studenti, che ogni giorno dimostrano entusiasmo, partecipazione e voglia di crescere.

From the 15th to the 19th of December, the Istituto Comprensivo 5 Montale in Scampia opens its doors to families and visitors for a week of open days focusing on the active participation of students and the wealth of educational opportunities on offer. The initiative involves hundreds of pupils engaged in various educational workshops: linguistic, scientific, artistic and traditional Christmas markets.
From the very first day, the atmosphere within the institute is that of a lively, dynamic school, where girls and boys become protagonists of their own learning.
In the linguistic workshops, students experiment with role-playing games, multimedia activities and short theatre performances; in the science workshops, on the other hand, there is a mix of experiments, demonstrations and interactive activities designed to introduce pupils to the research method.
There is also great interest in artistic activities: in the art workshops, the students present drawings, artefacts and installations that describe the school through their eyes. This is followed by Christmas markets, organised entirely by the students, where you can find handmade objects, decorations and small handicrafts that bring to life a festive space that combines creativity and a spirit of collaboration.
‘We are proud to show what we can do,’ says a group of secondary school pupils. ‘Preparing the markets and workshops is fun and we learn new things.’
The open day week is also enriched by an important educational field trip: Città della Scienza, where pupils took part in a science workshop dedicated to dissemination and experimentation. ‘We saw phenomena up close that we had only read about, and it was really exciting and interesting.’
The initiative will continue until 19 December with various activities involving young and old alike. IC 5 Montale thus confirms its status as an educational institution focused on innovation, quality teaching and the active involvement of its students, who demonstrate enthusiasm, participation and a desire to grow every day.
